So I have decided to jump into the world of Weight Watchers. I have almost been married a year, and with that year has come a happy little 20 pounds. Yes, I know, judge away.. Who gains 20 pounds in a year. Well I have decided that I must get control. Although I do not plan to have a baby anytime soon the thought of an "accident" scares the crap out of me, simply because of gaining another 40 pounds on top of the 20 I've already gained. So tomorrow night, I will be headed to the local weight watchers meeting. I'm pretty excited about it to tell you the truth. I have researched a lot of awesome WW recipes to try, and Its nice to know I don't really have to give up anything. So go ahead blog world, share your WW success, advice, recipes, failures, etc. I want to hear them. I will try to keep you updated weekly with my results. This should be good accountability.

Ok, the best advice I have is this: write down what you eat to keep up with the points. I know it may seem a little dorky but I have found 1. I eat less when I really write it down and 2. it is way to easy to forget about little snack here or there and then at the end of the day I will go over on my points and have no idea. Recipegirl.com has some GREAT WW recipes. (Can't remember if I've already told you about it!) I know Applebee's probably falls pretty low on your list of places to eat in the area BUT they have a WW section on the menu and the food is actually really good. AND, you can always do take-out from there!
